I got mine done at samsclub..Its the cheapest and quality is good too.
You pay $4.99 for 2 copies and 40 cents for each additional copy...I dont think anybody else can beat this price.....

Atty fees were paid by my employer; my out of pocket was approx. $ 500. However, the intangible cost (disappointment, having parents stand in a queue to get BC etc.) is far greater :(

Contribute something to this society instead looting(??) everything from here and wiring to Bank of India or whatever:p .There should be a limit to this nonsense questions to be posted for Members to Read and Answer. Please grow up in life.Few Dollars here and there will not make this World upside down nor will it buy huge real estate lands in your Place. Also, buy Trash-bags for throwing Trash instead of use Walmart plastic to throw into Dumpsters.Some in my Apts do that all the time inspite of Property Managers advising against doing it.you fall in this Category.

Yes, DREAM Act should not discriminate documented children against the undocumented ones. IV should support amending the DREAM act to include documented children too, since IV is fighting for the issues of legals, law-abiding people like us.

India has PPF/PF and that money will go in you PPF/PF account, its not a black hole, infact it pays the highest interest and its secure. its very easy to get money out of your PF account. i took it out of my PPF account before i came to the US and promptly spent all :)its another topic that SS repatriation will never be approved, especially retroactively.
I do not know in which city of India you took out your PPF.,
But I heard you have to pay atleast 5% to get PPF back in Hyd.,
Hope corruption will not be that high by next 20 years in India!!

Hey Sparky_Jones,
You are the first guy whose case was transferred to CSC and you got the FP notices. Can you shed more light as many pople, like me, are stuck with no FP notices and we all had Receipts/EAD/AP from CSC...And now the files are back to either NSC or TSC...

His case appears to be adjucated by CSC and it did not get transferred back to NSC. Probably that is why he received his FP notice.
But who cases have been transferred back to NSC from CSC have not received the FP notice.

Hi Guys,
I am not sure if this is the trend everywhere only in TX. The DPS - Department of public Safety which is issuing Driving License started asking for the Employment Verification or latest Pay Slip. I asked the officer if its the new requirement and she replied Yes, its started recently. If you are in H1 or H4 visa, you need to prove that you are still in job and getting paid. One more nail in the coffin.

My younger brother just entred US last OCT , If you live in Dallas you can go to any DMV rules are different in different counties my bro went to Denton county and no questions asked matter of fact he got a 6yrs valid DL (technically he should be getting it until his H1B is valid ) . I would say either go to Carrollton or Denton county DMV.

As you see most of them are free members who have nothing to do with the immigration reform. They just keep browsing around the pages to see if there is any hope of getting GC any sooner and others are disguised Antis and marketing guys.
So just don't get bothered by these members and their comments.
The guys who are serious , have already proved themselves by becoming the donors and working sincerely towards the solution.

I am in 4'th year of H1b. I filed for I 140 and got approved in May 2006.
After that I changed my company. My new company is going to apply for my GC In jun.
I know that I can use previous priority date from employer 1. But my question is with this new CIR bill Will my case be considered under old system?
Please help.

Probably you are right. But the issue is not the country limit!!!!!!!!
Take example EB3, how you think will look like EB3 on the next visa bulletin without country limits. EB-3 probably will be June 2002.:eek:

I would be delighted since I am from EB3-I. That is what is unfair about this country cap. You probably filed your GC in 2009 and is already impatient. Think about people who came to this country in 2000 or before still waiting for their GCs.
Some of them has aging out kids who will lose their eligibility because of this long wait.
